| Job Description: |
Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Prepare quotes and proposals for requests submitted at SWS web site.
2.Talk to potential customers who call in
3.Browse government sites for opportunities
4.Meet with potential clients
5.Do cold calling, or have another plan for bringing in new clients
6.Close deals and manage projects at development stages
7.At first stages confirm quotes and proposals with IT Director and Project Manager (Once full understanding of the products is achieved, salesperson will be able to propose and quote clients independently)
Compensation & Potential Growth:
1.$1000.00 / month after probation period or once results shown
2.20% from each check brought
3.2 month probation period
4.Optional cell phone and car coverage (based on performance)
5.Potential promoting to sales team manager.
Requirements:
1.Active
2.Self driven
3.Should know why he/she wants to sell sites
4.Punctual
5.Be prepared to learn
6.Have strong knowledge of web industry
7.1 year in outside sales or account management experience in IT industry
8.Be prepared to provide references

1.Bi-lingual
2.Have personal blog on the internet
3.Be part of Twitter, LinkedIn or other online business related communities
