Internship Description:
Work for 5-stars hotels such as Hyatt, Parnassus Resorts & Spa, The Bell Air Collection, and Gran Royal at one of
the most astonishing and exotic places in the world. Our internship in Cancun gives you the opportunity to
enhance your Spanish skills as well as your professional work experience. We offer a wide variety of internship
positions which are divided in Business and Tourism Internship positions.
Business Positions
These internships normally take place in a normal office with administrative tasks in different departments. The
intern might experience multiple roles during the internship as he will be assisting in different departments
Marketing and Sales
 International online marketing campaign development.
 Creating promotional materials.
 Data entry and maintenance in the system.
 Help with mailing campaigns.
 Contacting new potential customers worldwide.
 Cooperation in optimizing the distribution process.
 Drafts basic public relations materials including news releases, media alerts, fact sheets, client meeting
summaries, status reports and other materials as directed
Human Resources
 Each intern will be given training, work exposure and opportunity to be placed with the hotel’s clients as
and when permanent positions arise.
 Assisting on any recruitment, human resources and training tasks.
 Work closely with all departments in a consultancy role.
 Career counseling
Hotel Management Assistant
 Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
 Meet and greet clients and visitors.
 Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
 Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
 Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
 Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
 Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
 Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
 Support staff in assigned project based work.
 Other duties as assigned |
